Location

We established that our film will be shot in one main setting i.e. the main character's bedroom. The idea was for her to sit at a desk in front of the window.

We first shortlisted our friend Khadijah's Room for it.

However, as one may observe, work was under progress there so we had to shift to Varisha's house instead which also provided a beautiful setting. With lots of birds outside the window. Love birds. Birdstagram.

We set up the mise-en-scene with props on the table like this:
