Initially, we thought we'd ask one of our musician friends to create a soundtrack for us on the keyboard so that the high and lows of our narrative flow would be perfectly complemented. But with other activities getting in the way it soon proved to be an impractical task that would take way more time than we assumed.
So I got to making a soundtrack for us using existing audio files.
At first I thought of using a classical music track for a constant background with rising tempo. However, I realised I can't find a tracks that perfectly aligns and also that constant music may get boring after the first couple of minutes.
I figured to start with a roomy ambiance sound as the background track. Adding a natural yet immersive feel to the film. Varisha said she loved the "uncomfortable silence" it creates and that solidfied my choice for it as the "uncomfortable silence" fits perfectly to the inner chaos and conjustion the main character feels. Also, the silence will create an eerie, anxious vibe - perfecto.
I found this video on Youtube as the perfect fit.
For the daydream scene, I wanted the song to be sappy and cheesy to add to the comic relief of the moment and its exaggeration. Two tracks came to mind thanks to my impeccable music taste.

Varisha likes these for now. And I have no sap shortage.
